Ingredients

1 cup thickly grated raw papaya
2 tsp roughly chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
salt to taste
2 tsp lemon juice

Method 

1. Combine the garlic, mustard seeds, green chillies and salt in the mortar and pestle and crush till coarse.

2. Combine the papaya, garlic- mustard seeds coarse mixture and lemon juice in the deep bowl and mix well using your hands.

3. Serve immediately or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use as required.
